Slice your egg tofu and cut your eggplants as per instructed in our recipe.

Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth, sesame oil, and water in a bowl.

Stir-fry the eggplants and shallow fry the egg tofu separately.

Cook the eggs and eggplants

Cook garlic and add in ground pork. Pour in sauce mixture, and cornstarch slurry. When the sauce thickens, add the eggplants and egg tofu.
