  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tbsp honey adjust depending on salt level of chicken broth and soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, to marinate the chicken, combine the chicken with 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, to make the sauce, combine 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 cup chicken broth, and 1/2 tablespoon of honey. Combine until the honey is well mixed into the sauce and set aside.
