Combine low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, and honey. Combine until the honey is well mixed into the sauce and set aside. In a separate bowl, to make the cornstarch slurry, combine cornstarch and water.
Heat oil on a frying pan over medium high heat. Add the onions and green onions, and stir-fry until fragrant. Put in the chicken and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Add the garlic and stir-fry, then pour the sauce mixture into the pan. When the sauce comes to a boil, add the cornstarch slurry.
